Guests will enjoy a champagne and oyster reception followed by a multiple course dinner prepared by international celebrity chefs. During the meal, China’s top shuckers will compete to be named China’s 2017 National Shucking Champion. The winner will go on to battle international oyster shucking champions that are flying in to compete in the first ever World Cup in China.
