The Second Annual Shuck Off kicked off in the Internatioanl metropolis with a series of Oyster events
Shuck Off continued onto the historic Capital of Beijing for a rooftop oyster party and hosted the first oyster competition on the Great Wall of China
Shuck Off culminated with a mesmerizing international chef Gala dinner where we crowned Chinas Second National Oyster Opening Champion and the first International Shuck Cup Champion
