Estonia 爱沙尼亚

Anti Lepik lives in Estonia working for the biggest shipping company on the Baltic Sea. The company has 11 large cruise ships, and he is the executive chef of the Tallink group. Oysters have long been a passion for Anti and he has been opening them for more than 16 years claiming the titles of Oyster Opening World Champion 2014 and 2015, World Cup Champion 2016, European Champion 2015, Nordic Champion 2014 and 2016. When Anti isn't opening oysters, he enjoys rollerskating, volleyball and traveling.

​安逖 乐皮克是爱沙尼亚TALLKINK 集团的执行主厨。该 集团是波罗的海最大的航运公司，拥有11艘大型邮轮，安逖对生蚝有着极大的热情，以16年的开蚝经验成功获得2014年和2015年世界开蚝大赛冠军，2016年开蚝世界杯冠军，2015年欧洲杯冠军，2014年和2016年北欧 冠军杯第一名。闲暇时间安逖最享受的是轮滑，排球和旅行。

Canada 加拿大

Daniel Notkin is no stranger to oyster shucking competitions. He has traveled all across North America, racking up impressive titles: 14 first place, 5 second place and 2 third place. On top of that, he is the the current Canadian Oyster Shucking Champion. When he is not out competing in oyster shucking events, Daniel spends his time running his restaurant, Notkins.

丹尼尔诺金是开蚝大赛的常客。他独自横穿整个北美洲，收揽各项开蚝头衔：15次冠军，5次亚军和2次季军。目前他仍持有着加拿大开蚝大赛的冠军头衔。不比赛的时候他是个认真经营餐厅的老板，餐厅名字以他的名字命名。

Canada 加拿大

Growing up working in Canada's famous Rodney's Oyster House, Eamon found his knack for opening oysters. In his over 10 years of experience in shucking competitions, he has claimed that title of Canadian National Champion six times. Eamon was also part of a World Record breaking team for shucking the most oysters in an hour.

意蒙克拉克从小在一个以餐厅RODNEY’S OYSTER HOUSE闻名的地方长大。他有着10多年的开蚝经验，6次加拿大开蚝冠军，同时也是1小时开蚝数量最高的世界纪录保持者。

Denmark 丹麦

Jesper is 32 years old and live with his wife and 2 children in Grindsted, Denmark. He is head chef at LEGO and prepares meals for 3000 employees every day. Jesper has been been opening oysters for 8 years, competing all over Europe and winning the Danish Championship the last 5 years in a row. In 2013, he took home the title of World Champion in Galway, Ireland.

杰世博，32岁的一位爸爸，和他的太太，2个孩子住在丹麦的格林斯特市。作为乐高玩具公司的主厨，他每天需要为3000多名员工准备工作餐。杰世博有着8年的开蚝经验，游历欧洲参加各种开蚝大赛并连续5年赢得丹麦开蚝冠军大赛冠军头衔。在2013年他被冠以爱尔兰戈尔韦市开蚝大赛世界冠军桂冠。

Sweden 瑞典

Johan Malm 33 years old was born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden. Between running his three restaurants in Gothenberg, Johan finds time to compete for oyster shucking competitions. He has held the titles of 6 time Swedish National Winner, 3 times Nordic Champion, One time world cup holder, and two times (and current title holder) of World Champion in Ireland. Beyond being a restauranteur, Johan is a chef, hunter and fly fisher.

USA

St. Andrews, Florida Native Honor Allen got his passion for shucking oysters at the young age of 12, working for a local oyster bar. At the age of 18 he began shucking competitively, picking up first place titles all over the South. Honor took home the title of US National Champion in 2015, qualifying him to attend the World Championships in Galway, Ireland this past year. Win or lose, Honor loves competing in oyster festivals and is excited to partake in the second annual Shuck Off this year.

Norway 挪威

Daughter of an eight-time Norwegian oyster opening champion, Maria Petersen was born an raised in Oslo, but currently lives in a village on the west coast of Norway. Working with local culture and youth initiatives, she still finds time to travel the world to open oysters, after starting her shucking career 7 years ago at the age of 18. She won the Norwegian Oyster Battle in 2015, and was the first female winner of a shucking competition in Norway.

玛利亚的父亲曾经是8次挪威开蚝大赛的冠军，她从小耳濡目染，18岁就开始了开蚝生涯，如今已有了7年的丰富经验，并在2015年赢得挪威开蚝大赛冠军头衔，也是第一位女性开蚝冠军。目前玛利亚居住在挪威西海岸，闲余时间她的最大爱好是游遍全球去挑战各类生蚝大赛

Ireland 爱尔兰

Michael Moran is the 7th generation of the family-run restaurant Moran’s Oyster Cottage; a 300 year old bar and seafood restaurant in Galway on the west coast of Ireland. Michael, a twice World Champion and five time European Champion, is the current Irish Oyster Opening Champion. Michael has competed, presented and judged in oyster opening competitions around the world and is very excited to be returning to China once again.

麦克默然已经是餐厅MORAN’S OYSTER COTTAGE的第7代掌门人，这家海鲜餐厅已经有300多年的历史，位于爱尔兰西海岸的GALWAY。他曾获得过2次世界冠军大赛的第一名，5次欧洲冠军杯第一名和现役爱尔兰生蚝大赛冠军。麦克是个积极参与全球开蚝大赛和评审的人，他非常期待再次回到中国参加比赛。

Ireland 爱尔兰

Stephen Nolan is from Clarinbridge, "home of the oyster" in Galaway, Ireland. He has claimed the title  a two time Irish Oyster Opening Champion, two time Oyster Opening World Cup Champion, four time and current European Oyster Opening Champion (2010, 2011, 2016, 2017). Stephen is currentlty getting a PhD in Renewable Energy.

斯蒂芬诺兰来自“生蚝之乡“clarinibridge, 一个爱尔兰的小镇。2次爱尔兰开蚝冠军，2次开蚝世界杯冠军大赛第一名，4次欧洲杯开蚝大赛第一名（2010，2011，2016.2017）。目前斯蒂芬在攻读新能源专业博士学位。

France 法国

Xavier Caille is no stranger to oysters; he's been shucking them  for over 34 years. His affinity first began when he was just a boy, tasting an oyster for the very first time in Paris. The rest has been history, and this globe trotting chef has competed in many competitions, claiming the World Champion title in 2013.
